'Tis the season! I know it's a little early, but Christmas is upon us. How do I know? Because Oprah said so. Oprah's final Favorite Things episode aired yesterday, which means the season of giving is here. I missed the episode (work. ugh.), but I heard on the news that she did not disappoint. So, in light of the season, I thought I'd share with you just a few of my favorite things.....
My absolute favorite thing this year- the 2010 SEC East Champions, the Carolina Gamecocks! I am so proud. I will not make it to Atlanta on December 4th (for good reasons- I'll explain later), but Momma, Daddy and Ammie will be there. Go Gamecocks!
Since I read fashion blogs every single day, I thought I'd also share a few of my new favorite items. These are Kate Spade's Gumdrop earrings. I love them. I first saw them on another blog and started searching for them this summer at the outlet stores. After a few months of unsuccessful Kate Spade outlet visits, I decided to order them online. This dress is my latest Ann Taylor Loft purchase. I swear, everything I've bought this year has been from the Loft. I love this dress with a black shirt underneath and patterned tights with boots. A perfect, easy work ensemble!
There is nothing like good Christmas music to get you in the spirit. I picked up the Glee Christmas album this week and it is AMAZING! Rest assured it will be in my CD player until Christmas!
And finally, a trip to my favorite place-New York City! What better place to kick of the Holiday season? Brad and I will be travelling to the Big Apple December 4th-7th for a little holiday rendezvous. We will be staying at the historic Waldorf Astoria on Park Avenue.
